Instructor Bio - Carol Horrocks

Birth is a wonderful time for families, but can also be overwhelming with the enormous amount of information to consider. I have been teaching The Bradley Method®for over 21 years and have attended over 300 births as a Bradley trained doula! I bring years of experience to the class.

My birth philosophy, and goal, is very simple. I strive to provide current, honest, information and support necessary for parents to make informed decisions for themselves, throughout their pregnancy, labor and birth. 

I have 3 big kids, Gregory 24, Erika 21 and Alyssa 18. We had a natural Bradley birth with the 2nd and 3rd births. 

Our daughter Alyssa was born at home with a nurse midwife during Hurricane Andrew in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  I was able to relax through a catagory 5 hurricane and the labor by using the relaxation taught in the class!
